LED has gone out on my Yate Loon. How can I fix it?

Hi there,

I've noticed that one of my LED's on my Yate Loon's has gone out. How can I fix this?

(It's the top left LED on the bottom blue fan pictured).

Firstly I'd check its connections, easily done if you have a multi-meter. If thats whats wrong it may just be a case of soldering in a wire or two.

If it is the LED thats gone, then buy a new one from an electronics shop and replace it. The problem with this is it might not be quite the same blue as the others.

or rip the wires out of the same led in the top fan

It's only 5-6 month old, expected it to last a bit longer than that

Two LEDs mine on a Yate Loon I had went out and I sent it back and it got replaced.

Got it from the same place.
