Is it illegal to send dog**** through the post to someone?

I've just been thinking about how funny this would be to send a box with some in to a friend at work. Surely as long as the person at the counter doesn't smell the parcel i'd be able to get away with it right?

I think i have a weird sense of humour, but just the thought of my mate telling me at work all about some poo he got sent would just crack me up.

Put it in a bubble rap bag then put it in the envalope

That way the smell wont come out and there could be the chance of him putting his hand in the bubble rap to see whats inside :p

Oh one more thing
:\

It's disgusting, dangerous (plenty of nasty infections can be carried around), and I'm certain that you'd be breaking the law somewhere along the line.

In short, grow up. I'm slightly astonished that someone aged above 12 would find this a remotely amusing proposition.

Just my opinion.

You should send cat **** instead & get the postie to throw the box at your workmate & shout 'catch it'...

I heard it's worthy of either a fixed penalty SP30 or the CPS can do you for attempted rape and perversion of the course of justice!

Nah seriously, it's probably illegal under some kind of harassment charge or maybe a breach of the peace?

Yeah it is. Same as stalking.

Not sure that it could be contrived that you would apprehend that unlawful force was going to be applied to you. Which is what assault is.
