Legion 5i Pro 16" or Inspiron 16 Plus help me decide

I have narrowed my search down to the following 2 machines. It will not be used as a gaming machine but I do need a decent GPU and a decent amount of memory (16gb). It will be connected to a external monitor/keyboard and mouse 80% of the time.

Both fall within my 1400 quid budget. Which would you choose or is there something I have missed during my search.

Thank you, In the end I decided to up my budget by 250 quid and went with a Dell G15 5521

Really wanted as much RAM as possible and with the newer generation Intel processor I thought this seem like a decent setup.
