I've just sold Lego Star Wars II DS because of the terrible glitchiness of it.

All too often characters, scenery or objects would completely disappear if you stood in certain spots (not necessarily obscure places). The entire Death Star disappeared just before it exploded which slightly ruined the cut scene.

I really couldn't possibly recommend this game to anyone, it is absolutely appalling that they can get away with releasing something so obviously unfinished.

I've heard about the glitches and crashes in DS version from a lot of people, and IGN's review. It's appalling it ever got released if it's as bad as everyone says it is.. especially as all the other versions seem just fine. I was quite looking forward to getting it for the DS, seems like a good 'dip in and play' game, I will give it a miss :(

Yeah, unfortunately I'd ordered it from movietyme before it had been reviewed anywhere. I got most of my money back through resale though so it wasn't too painful.

It's a real shame, if you look past the terrible glitches there is quite a promising game underneath (apart from the vehicle sections). I'm sure they'll think of a way of releasing more Lego Star Wars games despite running out of episodes.
