Essentially, after a court case, Kent Police have suspended the use of all speed guns. Also, officers have been instucted not to exceed 100MPH.

So that means we can all drive to Kent and speed all we like! If the police do set after you, go past 100MPH and they can't follow you!

assuming of course that the only way that the police can catch a speeding motorist is to pursue them with a single chase car?

unfortunately even in Kent society hasn't reached mad-max levels yet

2. Only Standard police drivers are restricted to 100mph, pursuit trained officers may go as fast as they desire.
