I have purchased a Hp laptop and put my drive Lg BH16NS55 inside a icy external mains powered box.
Using windows 10 pro the drive is all setup fine in device manager but the minute I go to play a blu ray or even burn to a dvdr the drive just keeps disconnecting & reconnecting?
Tried in all 3 usb ports and also into the usb c port (after buying another lead) but the same problem every time?
I have turned off USB selective suspend
Anyone know what could be the problem, the drive worked fine when it was inside my desktop.
