LG GT540 Optimus w 2.1

I m having problems updating my GT540....think its a got a upgarde to 2.1? its got two GT540 models instal the one for it, still don't see the phone, why oh why don't they do like HTC and do over the bloody air updates -.-


the battery seems fine now as well lasted 2 days so far without a charge with very little use ( it would be dead by now)

For any owners of the GT540 that the Russian guys over at 4dpa.ru have ported froyo 2.2.1 Cyanogen modded ROM over to the GT540. They have pretty well got most of the hardware running, only bluetooth file transfer and FM radio don't work at the moment but they are working on that. I have installed via clockwork mod recovery and I am very pleased.

4pda.ru forums are in Russian but if use Chrome it will automatically translate to English.
