LG OLED EG960V Black Screen

My TV has no outpu and no audio. An hour ago the TV worked with audio but no screen, except now it's gone completely kaput.

Any idea? Would try viewing SMART or off sky but obviously nothing shows up. The logo lights up and the TV makes the clicking sound when it's turning on but it's just dead

Yeah I figured.

My sony bravia is 5 year old and still runs perfect, this only being a month old has given me some bad taste of LG. i got it off currys with a 5yr warranty and it still is in the lg manufacturer warranty period - do you know which is best to contact? i also don't have the packaging anymore, is that an issue?
