LG Warranty Claim - website weirdness

I'm trying to submit a warranty claim with LG but their website is confusing the hell out of me. I go to their Submit a Warranty Claim page and type in my model number (KC910I), which then takes me to the information for the KC910i. I then go to 'Submit a warranty claim' again, and for some reason the page just refreshes. I've tried it in both Firefox and IE and neither work (and no pop-ups reported neither).
Anyone know what's going on, or can give it a try to see if it works for them? Ta.
