Hi,
Looking at the said case, it seems that if you were to use 6 hard drives and 6 5.25" drives, then the front fans would not bring cool air into the system. Can anyone confirm/correct this please? Also is there a see-through side panel for this case?

if you put 12x 5.25 items in then yes it would impede air intake. What are you planning to put in it then? The 6 hard drives ok but what else?

the thermaltake bigwater 760i, the radiator takes up 2 slots, an LG bluray/hddvd drive, a card reader, and a digital display

You haven't already bought that Thermaltake 760i BigWater have you?

i dont think it proves to be that efficient compared to good, cheaper air cooling.
could be wrong though, been reading a lot of reviews recently

The Thermaltake BigWater 760i, according to the CustomPC review I read, is absolutely terrible. It's worse than the reference Intel stock HSF.

Please, for the love of God, don't buy it.

Although, to be honest, a £30 Tuniq Tower is all you will need.

Budget watercooling really isn't much better than a high-end air solution and, due to prices, hassle of setup, risk, are effectively pointless in my opinion. Why bother really.
