Does the GPU length interfere with the pump/res if it's not verticaly mounted?
its interfering more now with it vertically mounted than it did when it was sitting flat, but thats just because im not using the official vertical mount for it, its kind out about 1 to 1.5cm inside the case further than it needs to be with the mount im using now, it will be better when they release the proper vertical back panel, but even with it in the case normally, theres barely any room, its very tight, now imagine that GPU 1-1.5cm closer to the back of the case, its still going to be pretty much butt up against the pump, and the pump cant go any further towards the front of the case, I had to move it back a couple of mm as it was because it was vibrating on the front glass panel, making a hell of a noise, it was a difficult build thats for sure.
The mount im using for now I got from the rainforest, its the EZDIY-FAB Vertical Graphics Card Holder, you'll see how it pushes the GPU a little further back into the case itself, but I went for this one, because all the other mounts screw in from the other side which put the GPU closer to the motherboard, infact, pretty much right up against the motherboard, I wanted the GPU closer to the glass panel to make sure I could clear the pump, and this mount was universal, either up against the motherboard or closer to the glass.
I said in the other thread, anyone whos thinking of modding the case to get an ATX PSU in, you've not got a chance, not unless you plan on cutting a big hole in the side panel, and then you'd still only be able to mount an ATX PSU using 2 screws leaving the other side hanging out of the case, SFX-L only just fits.
All the supplied pump mounts are for a DDC pump, so I had to mod one of the mounts to get my D5 NEXT pump on it.
And on a final note, make sure you fit your coolers to your motherboard before installing your board in this case, the cut out at the back doesnt line up with the backplate for my cooler.
