There has been several delays of this case, mostly to reduce costs and ramping up production to meet the demand. These problems seems to have been adressed.

It now also seems to be an official response from Lian Li saying that pre-orders of this case will start on November 20th.

I'm hear form the grapevine that this case will be low stock. I really hope not?

I think it's a growing trend for a reason; and I completely agree. After going small form factor it's laughable the amount of space wasted I (and probably most people) have in their ATX builds. Of course there are exceptions, but for your run of the mill ATX, air (or even AIO) cooled PC, theres a lot wasted.
