Anyone else finding this? In the winter I remember hopping into bed at 8 before to read a book. Now i'm in my garden with the laptop and an ice cold drink with no desire to sleep at all.

I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact I still have to wake up at the same time :(

Your body clock has adjusted to the light which is normal, sadly it doesn't seem to know that you still have to get up.

His location suggests he is in New Mexico which may have slightly different patterns to over here (iirc he is an Arsenal fan so presumably from England originally and may have only recently moved to that part of the world).

Another opt for blackout curtains here - thankfully where we stay it's relatively quiet so the windows can be opened to allow air to circulate without any worries of noise from outside waking us up :)

Our 17 year old pussy cat on the other hand snores louder than the wife and I'm surprised we've not been served with an ASBO because of him :p
