Enjoy it we are used to it:cool:, stay up late in summer sleep early in winter.;)

Just the way it for us northern hemisphere people, enjoy the sun! :D
This tbh.

In the winter I go to the gym in the evening after work, in the summer in the morning before work. That way I take advantage of the natural sun rise times for both to make it easier to get up.

When your eyes are exposed to blue light your brain inhibits melatonin production and this can disrupt your sleep cycle. Some people find melatonin supplements help, you can buy them in your local supermarket. :)

That's me, awake at between 5 and 5-30 every day, alarm never gets chance to go off, Murphy's law says if I don't set it I would sleep late but I can't take the chance.

Same, always wake up before my alarm and can't nod back off. But as said if I don't set it I'll be late. Animal instinks.......? How do they know the time but my pets know when I'm on my way home........ Looking to deap now I'm drunk?
