I dont follow her music enough to know about her insulting other people. Can you show me some examples please? i had a quick glance on lyrics sites and the songs i checked seemed ok. Which ones should i look out for that are abusive, drug promoting and full of swearing. Thanks

oh so she cant say anything about anybody else who wants to give their opinion on her, but you can call her anything you want. when i saw her live i didnt see anything that i didnt agree with. swaring? sorry what did you call her again? she never became famous for her opinions on other people, even if i do agree with them.

dmpoole loves her, he's older than you as i recall, so i wouldn't worry;) its crazy really. we've got people calling her a talentless "oh but i've never actually listened to her", Mr NokkonWud here is slating her for swearing whilst simultaneously calling her a name strong enough to be starred out on a public forum..... people WANT to hate her because she's opinionated or she says or does things you dont like - get over it. i love her because i love her music and she can do it live. how many of those 'artists' she speaks about can do that?
 
I think she's a bit like a Brit pop artist from the mid 90's kind of like a working class / Mod kind of thing.

Calling her a chav is like calling Oasis Chavs.......they are just working class

chavs are the people randomly beating people or smashing peoples property up.

chav is one of the worst words ever tbh

The word chav is sooo overused nowadays, and applied to people that are morons and not chavs.

Lets not forget what chav actually means (Council House and Violence) and I very much doubt Lilly Allen has ever lived in a council house, let alone been violent towards the general public.

Is that true? I always thought it was a derivative of Charver or Charv that has been around for years in the North East.

You don't have to be violent to be a Chav, it's a combination of lifestyle, and attitude.

I'm exceptionally untalented when it comes to song writing and performing, but unlike Lily Allen I have enough intelligence to not make feeble attempts at both.
 
She's more successful than 99% of people will ever be, I don't happen to like her "public" image but you have to remember it's just that, she sells plenty of records and will have a very nice life!

Public Image != The real person.

Every time I've heard her speak she has been well mannered, shes been a role model for young girls and I haven't heard her **** anybody else off.
Whats more she really does seem surprised at her success.
However, the very first picture I ever saw of her was in a sunday paper with a flowery dress on, pint in one hand and a fag in the other which immediately made me think ill of her.

Then you must live under a rock or something because i heard last yr that she slagged down Madonna, saying she was over-rated and too old. Then i read a mag article where she quite clearly outlined the benefits of cocaine and other hard drugs..saying they were cool. Although she later apologised after she was ripped apart for her comments. She seems to make a habit of making stupid and silly comments but other than that i think shes a good singer and pretty cute tbh.

Anyways i prefer her over that heroin/crack addict lookalike Amy Winehouse, who imho looks like a drag queen:p.
