I'm seriously considering taking my company limited, and was just wondering what you reckoned to services such as this:

You should have a decent accountant already.

If you are going limited you will need one.

Your "decent" accountant will be able to do all the necessary things to make a limited company and as there isn't really much to do it shouldn't cost very much. He will have experience in doing this, and that is the important thing.
