I am thinking of buying a Asus Vintage V3-M2V890 barebones system(http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-039-AS) and am interested in sticking Fedora Core 6 on it. The chipset on this board looks quite new so I was wondering if I am going to easily get Fedora on it. I am no Linux expert and would not be interested really in hacking up my own drivers from scrounged source code or anything. Thanks for your help.

You really can't say for sure, but it most likely that it will work without a hitch.

Fedora is updated rather frequently some you should have support for all the hardware. However xBSD will not be so forgiving.

"- Athlon X2 up to 5000+(89w)"

Does that mean the CPU is not included?
