Hello,
My laptops finally died and I've only got my iPad so fancy building my own pc. Max budget is £1000.
Mainly used for storing films, music, iTunes web browsing.
I know an i5 maybe overkill but I want something that'll last me a while as I don't want to keep upgrading every few months,
I've had a look and decided on
Lian li a71fb case
Corsair force 120gb ssd (may add several external drives for blu ray storage)
Intel i5 2500k sandybridge
Asus p8P67 intel 1155 mobo
Corsair 650 psu
Corsair value ddr3 6gb 1333mhz ram
Ati hd 5670 1024mb gfx card.
Windows 7 Home premium
Sony DVD drive sata
Is there anything that's sticking out that won't work is a weak link or way ott??
I will upgrade the optical drive, fans and hd's in due course but want a decent base system.
