Hi
I've had the logitech desktop optical for a few years now. It came with cordless keyboard, and cordless mouse, with a receiver plugged into the USB port.
For several months now, the mouse has been eating batteries (2xAA) in a couple of days. I have never known why, and is soo annoying when there are no batteries in the house. It is not the rechargeable type.
So, after reading loads of posts on mice, I think I'm gonna get the Logitech G7 cordless laser mouse. There doesn't seem to be a cordless keyboard / mouse bundle with this mouse, so my question is - will my present cordless keyboard be able to use the new receiver, or will I have to have 2 receivers plugged into my computer?
Annoyingly, my present receiver doesn't say what frequency it operates on.
