Its a ridiculous price for a steering wheel when you consider that the G25 cost in the region of 150-175 a year or two ago and the G27 is hardly a great evolutionary leap forward. Maybe its down to a combination of unfavourable exchange rates now and highly favourable exchange rates of 2 years ago.

However that didn't stop me buying one. It all depends how you want to play your racing games. I wanted the immersive experience on F1 2010 so a pad or keyboard was not an option for me.

There are plenty of cheaper wheels to be found but the build quality of the G27 is pretty stunning.

Stock is due to us in around 2-3 weeks currently.

Logitech have zero stock in Europe.

The wheel is now delayed till December as Logitech has had delays - there is no stock in Europe at all

Also the game will be with us, and will ship for the launch date. I aint confirming a date, as it will most likely get delayed yet again.....

I've had a pre-order of this game with another company for quite some time. They e-mailed me last week to say the 30th of November, but this was being put out by sony just to keep people happy for a while.

The new date is....

next....
