I just had an email in response to an advert I put up with some friends; we have an extra room in a flat:

'Hello - I am easy going and would love very much to live in flat. I enjoy mostly washing TV and having laughs, would like to meet'

LOL - I don't think our TV is dirty enough for this person.

Serious answer, email back and ask for a photo saying if you are going to meet, it would be easier if you know what he/she looks like before hand.

If he looks like some nigerian scammer, stay away. If it's a cute swedish in rubber gloves, sent her my way.
