2nd hand 5770. Would be considerably faster than that 6570. Around 50-60% faster in most situations.

This, i have an old 5770 and i can tell you it is still a strong card.

To give you an example it will do BF3 on mid - high @ 1920 x 1080 with 50 FPS (overclocked)

And it will max Dirt3 out @ 1920 x 1080.

I don't have Mass Effect but i would put my head on the block and tell you it will get you the higher end of settings no problem.

Your looking hardware comparison,-

6570 = 480 cores @ 650Mhz, Mem 1600Mhz

5770 = 800 cores @ 850Mhz, Mem 4800Mhz (will overclock to 920Mhz / 6750Mhz)

Do the maths :)

** Do not post to competitor products ***Don't do buy it now, on auction they sell for £50 to £60

seems to me if u want a £60 card then wouldnt the iGPUs of these day and ages fair similar performances?

On Intel, no their IGP is good enough for office stuff, not for gaming.

On AMD Llano the IGP is much much better, but still much slower than a 5770.

An AMD Llano running 1866 memory will be close to GT430/HD5550 performance.

An Intel HD3000 IGP is about half the speed of the Llano GPU.

In the title, it says "on OC," which I took to mean from the OCUK shop. I don't think they sell second hand, do they?

EDIT: A 5770 would be great if you can get it for £60. I have one, I don't use it any more, and will sell it at some point.
