looking for a budget g card just for browsing for 2 monitors

i have 2 dell ultra sharp i need a graphics card i really font want top spend much money its only for browsing really and running a very small program

Why don't you start with the IGP built into the CPU and see if that meets your needs.

Little Nvidia gpu like the g210 can run 2 monitors with no problems.

Which Dell UltraSharp monitors do you have, or more particularly what resolution are you looking to run? As the others have said, provided it's got the right connections most modern GPUs and CPU/motherboards can happily run 2 screens unless they're very high resolution/refresh rates. Even then, they might still be able to but it can get more complicated.

How about one of the previous generation of GTX cards, such as a 670? They can be picked up very cheaply.
