Looking for a Dolby Atmos AV Receiver with Speaker package combo (require Wireless Rear speakers)

I have tried the Samsung Q990B soundbar, but was not impressed with its BASS performance. Also the BAR was too long for my 49" TV. So returned it back.

Now I am in the market again for a Dolby Atmos AV Receiver with Speaker package combo (require Wireless Rear speakers)?

Also please suggest some websites (other than Richer Sounds) to browse for this. My budget is around Euro 1200 - 1500.

Or shall I go for JBL BAR 1000 or JBL BAR 1300X?

Any suggestions?

This thread is probably worth a read

Not sure how you would connect wireless speakers to regular avr as rears.

That's not a large budget I'd be looking at second hand speakers. Also try to limit to few as speakers as possible

Any AV receiver + Speaker package that supports wireless rear speakers?
There may be a way but the only knowledge I have would be get a avr with full set of pre outs (expensive) and use RCA to wireless box.

Maybe there is a better way but I've never looked into wireless speakers with a avr.

Sure you can't go regular rear speakers? A 25m speaker reel only costs £30

I have this. Solved the issue of not enough bass from the soundbar by having a massive sub! Also has wireless rear speakers. They are battery powered but I have mine permanently connected to the mains.

Massive sub? Lol. It's tiny

It's only 10" driver. Sure it'll be better than TV flat panel speakers..
About 100x better. Infact it produces so much bass that I have to turn the bass down, keep the volume below a certain level and have still had complaints from neighbours about their room 'shaking'. Honestly anything more is ridiculously excessive unless you have a proper sound insulated outbuilding to blast it in.

Ones I have can split the roof beams .

Subs in soundbars will be tuned high. They won't have much output below 35hz

AV receiver which supports wireless rear speakers: Easy. Either the Denon/Marantz range with their Heos feature and the matching Heos range of wireless speakers.Or Yamaha with its MusicCast feature and the matching Musicast speakers.

Stick with a 5.1.2 layout. Go for front L&R either as conventional + up-firer twin set (more choice in main speaker range) or look at certain L&R with integral up-firer. Buy the matching centre.

Add the Heos/MusicCast wireless speakers as rears. Buy a s/h BK sub.

Retailer Web sites: Sevenoaks, PeterTyson, av.com or just search the stockist list for Denon or Yamaha.
