I'm looking for a comedy film where a group of people set up a University/College especially for 'reject' students that couldn't get into a proper Uni/College because of funding/qualification issues.
They might have built a half-pipe in the Uni/College which was smashed for some reason part way through?
They end up running a bunch of alternative classes/courses I think.
I seem to remember them competing against other Universities/Colleges as well?
Any ideas?
