Looking for a new phone

Hi there im getting a little fed up with my old samsung A300 so it`s upgrade time,it needs to be sim free or on virgin pay as you go.

What im looking for is a good camera on the phone this is a must,been looking at the Samsung D820 so far and like what ive seen,any ideas on some others?
I have just over £200 to spend on one.

How about the SE W810i??, lovely small phone with a 2mp cam. I have one and i love it...if u can get one cheap sim free then your laughing...the network branded ones are ok...mine was a tmobile but de-branded it last night and its even better and faster.
