I'm running an 3930k and does anyone here have any of the two CPU as the title says?

It seems that I can not find an new one that's low price. they all still to high of £800! huh! lol

There's very little to gain by upgrading to the X. 4930k / 60x is a bit better if you can find one.

I think I just overclock it to 4ghz

I have my 3930K at 4.8GHz on a RIVE so you should have some headroom dependant on cooling.

what's your settings in the bios

You should be able to get to ~4.5Ghz with not too much effort. This was one of the best tutorials I came across which covers the basics and more. Put together by an Asus engineer.

After playing around with the settings Overclocking went all good. However my system goes fully off and getting an CPU temperature error.

With it now on, core 1 is like max value 43c out max to 59c
