Looking for ski friendly water around the UK

The stretch of river we are using is getting sold and the new buyer is not keen on us running a boat So we're looking for new waters for next year.

Any suggestion would be great.

not sure how near the coast you are but we always used to ski in the sea proper

nothing better than hitting the firth of forth(north sea) on boxing day
