Do you have a bigger chance of winning if you use the same numbers each time?

In theory, if the draw is done 14 million times, each combination comes up. If you do 52 draws each year then in a lifetime you could do maybe 3000 draws. Now over that lifetime is it not more likely that your chosen number would come up once over that period, rather than you having a different number each time?

Also can someone post what the numbers were they aren't in the internet yet. Thanks.
