Just thought that I'd share my experience with this great CPU cooler (so far!).

I used to have the stock cooler that came with my QX9650. This was inefficient, quite noisy and rattled when the fan throttled up, as well as not looking that good!
Using stock cooler:
- Prime95 1hr 64C+
- 39C idle
Using the Zalman:
- Prime95 8hrs 47C!
- 33c idle
- Amazing!
It's rather large, heavy on the cpu, a bit of a fiddle to fit, but well worth it for the peace of mind of keeping your cpu nice and cool.
I have mine installed on a Striker II Formula - had to install the fan mount back plate on the reverse side of the mobo.
Also this fan results in the hot air blowing straight towards your exhaust fan in the back of your case. Unlike that of the stock cooler which just scatters this heat everwhere - useless!
Hope this helps...
