Lowest Power DualCore CPU+Mobo combination...

All,
I am pricing up a WHS build at the moment and was wondering what options there are for a low powered CPU+Mobo combination.

I was looking at the Atom 330 mini-ITX boards but most have only 4xSATA (some 2) & 1xPCI or PCIe expansion which may limit future expandability so i was looking at going for the new Athlon X2 series (45W TDP) or something similar from Intel?

My main problem is finding a super low power chipset to go with it. I don't need any bells & whistles, just a very low power combination.

Can you buy the Intel CULV parts anywhere? The C2D mobile models on OcUK are a tad expensive.

you can have a look at the amd neo cpu, i think its limited to netbooks and portable devices but i could be wrong.

I would go for a Athlon x2 240e and what ever motherboard you need....

That was what I was looking at.
What are the lowest power AMD chipsets?

As for the Athlon NEO chips.... can they be bought anywhere outside of a laptop? I need something I can get on its own or integrated with a mobo.
