some people dont want a crappy small usb stick or a big noisy pc sat next to their slim tv.

my tv has a usb port, i run an external hd through it and the tv has its own built in menu and plays perfectly smoothly for avi and it doesn't look out of place at all, same as when i run my pc through it on hdmi. not saying this media box isn't cool but with tb hd as cheap as they are now, i personally don't need it and am quite happy with my set up as i'm sure people in a similar position are.
