lol Im not really 15 stone. Rather slim/fit actually.

Could eat for the whole of London and not gain an ounce.
 
100g chicken breast
Steamed Veg, extra Broccoli

The joys of my cutting diet Monday - Friday :)
 
4 leaf salad (rocket, spinach and 2 types of lettuce)
A lump of Mozzarella
Sunblush Tomatoes
3 types of salami (2 slices of each)
Braesola with some parmesan shavings
