m-itx help. Spec me less than £400

Im currently getting annoyed with my dad complaining my pc uses to much power. So im going to build him a m-itx system and ill only use my gaming pc when i need it.

Heres what i have so far.

It will only be used for internet, word processing and spider solitaire. Is there anything else i need? i have a OS.

Why do you need SSD and blu-ray for web surfing?

i also want it to be quite fast and silent, and the bluray is for watching the bluray movies.
