They must think it's some sort of bio chemical thing potentially with all of those tents up.. one of them is really long. And with them sitting apart. Some sort of radiation problem.

There are like decontamination tents and what appear to be military officers.

yup. just like how a motorway is closed for an hour due to a tyre being on the 1st lane. as usual seems to be like massive police over exaggeration. they dont seem to be too short of numbers do they?
