I personally couldn't be happier i had a £60 mouse and they wouldnt replace it after a year the only PC company i have had this issue with. Should have had better customer service.

Saitek at least do have good customer service, given how practiced they got at fixing & issuing replacements for their stuff, while under MadCatz... but now that they're under Logitech, their CS should be simply stunning!

Those are Saitek products. MadCatz simply owned them and governed their QA.
Compare an old X52 to one with the MadCatz brand on the box and see if both are of the same build quality.

I bought a Madcatz Xbox to monitor cable once, in fact i still have it, total garbage with interference and ghosting but it was the only one available at the time then Microsoft released an official one that worked perfectly.

x55 hotas, lol , what a joke, however they did send me enough spares to build about 10 of them !, gave it to a friend.

Rat 9, broke after 1 year, took a letter to the ceo to get a replacment.
