Magnetic charging connector?

I use one. Phone is charged wirelessly over night. The only time a USB lead is plugged in is in vehicle to use Android auto. For this I have Netdot Gen 10 lead from amazon. Wasn't sure if it would work but it does. There is a plug in the phones USB slot that remains in that connects to magnetic cable. It just clicks together and works. Saves faffing about trying to shove a conventional USB lead in. Android Auto and different head units and vehicles can be a bit fussy about the USB lead used so may not work on all combinations. Head unit in my pickup is a Pioneer.

I've also tried connecting an iPhone to use carplay and it works too. The Netdot 10 kits usually come with 3 sets of USB ends - mini, micro and the iPhone one, whatever they are called

Doesn't charge at full speed but is still faster than the sliw standard speed whatever that is.
