First time posting here. I'll directly jump into my question. Below are the specs I decided on but any advice is welcome. (Not an amd fanboy but most likely I wont buy intel)

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
Gigabyte GTX1070 Ti Windforce
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 (not an RGB fan but these seem to work well with x470 chipsets or something like that, correct me if I am wrong)
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M (non TG version if I can get it, else it will be the glass one I guess)
I will be using my old PSU: SeaSonic M12II 620 (SS-620GM) 80+ Bronze 620Watt

Main question is about the mainboard. I have few options atm but I am also open to suggestions within reason:

1-Cheapest option: Gigabyte GA-X370-Gaming 3 (will cost me about 125$)
2-Mid range option: Asus Prime X470-Pro (costs about 210$)
3-Pricey one: Asus Strix X470-F Gaming (almost double the gigabyte x370 board at 249$)

I will also need a SSD or M.2 as well. Open to suggestions here but I am thinking about Samsung Evo 970 256GB (MZ-V7E250BW)

If anyone thinks I should change parts please let me know. Thanks in advance

I would change the psu as well while you are at it. Pretty sure that Seasonic is an old group regulated unit. If I was me I would update to a newer psu such as the Focus Gold or Bitfenix Whisper etc.

As for the board you might need a bios update as mentioned above. Worse case scenario is it won't work out of the box unless you are lucky with one that has been updated. You can request a boot kit from AMD though.

You could save on the SSD by going with a regular SATA such as the 860 EVO or Crucial MX300/500 etc.

MSI seem to be the better boards for this chipset as they have been tested and seen to use less power and have lower VRM heat output.
A video on youtube by Hardware unboxed shows Gigabyte and ASUS loose to MSI and Asrock. I was shocked as I love Gigabyte and ASUS motherboards, I even have a Gigabyte z170 now.

the X470 Gaming Plus has decent vrm and thermals due to the good heatsink, you can overclock your 2600x and it'll run perfectly fine.

Had the ultra and ran 2700 at 1.44v and Samsung B-Die at 3466hz just fine. Used AIO cooler but had case with good airflow (dynamic) .
Board was fine, also got the Aorus 7 who h is better.

Aorus 5 is a good middle ground
