Make me a regimen! please!

Hi,

Right here's what i've got

weights bench with pec flys and leg thing (leg thing at end of the bench).
Long Bar
Dumbells
Push up Bars
Rowing machine.

Important is pecs i want to improve them a lot. I want to make myself fitter, as well as build up by arms, back, shoulders and stomach. not forgetting the legs so i don't look wierd!

i'm not aiming for some arnie look-a-like. Just a toned look with reasonably built arms and a good chest.

All sounds a bit fruity doesn't it.

well please do advise a day by day schedule!

1 tip, remove the flye attachment from your bench and use your dumbells if you must do flyes, you will get a much better range of motion.
