not sure on the name of them but the little shortcuts that you can have on firefox right above the tabs. i have many on there such as ebay, bbc news, hotmail etc all with there own picture, e.g. hotmail has there logo, same as ebay etc, but there is some such as hsbc or amazon that don't and they just have a white box which looks lame, and also as i like tohave just the image to save space and havbe no name forn them but the ones with white boxes dont allow for this.

Surely there must be a way in FF that will allow for me to make my own pictures and assign them to the bookmarks or whatever they are called. Im pretty good in photoshop so making the images wouldn't be a problemo.

Also if there is a way how big are the images allowed to be just so i know

thanks alllllll

Favicon Picker to choose the favicons for your bookmarks.

I think your on about the bookmarks toolbar, you can get shot of the text by just clearing the name in their properties.

I'm pretty sure the size isn't changeable.

dont really understand what that was but it says anyway that it wont work with v1.5.1 or something so i will have to try something else.

I know i can get rid of the text but then like i said on some of the bookmarks the image is just a white box so i can't tell which bookmakr is which, for instance ebay has and ebay logo, hotmail has hotmail butterfly logo, but hsbs, amazon, 3dbuzz all have the exact same white box so i getting rid of the names would make them all look identical. What i want is a way in which i could replace the white box with my own made images of atleast a selection of a few premade so i can atleast tell the ddiffernce.

The bookmark things im talking about is directly below the address bar; i dont have to click on the bookmarks tab to see them.

The toolbar you are describing is the 'Bookmarks Toolbar', you can enable/disable it in View>Toolbars.

To add/remove items, manage bookmarks and copy any bookmarks you want into 'Bookmarks Toolbar Folder'.

I use the Firefox Vista theme and don't seem to get any icons next to the Toolbar Folder links. Is there a way to enable them or does this theme just not use them.
