Man thread. What's your favourite MEAT?

Can't possibly choose. Though it's hard to beat a good thick juicy blue steak cooked properly. Though lamb and pork souvlaki is hard to beat too, or a bbq'ed lamb chop.

Spit roast is always fulfilling.

I really, really like meat.

All meat is devine, and can make any meal better.

My favorite meat? I have no idea..

Not chicken, I love chicken, but not chicken.

I'm going to say cow.

I came up with a specification for a one-man spit roast. The idea being sometimes you want to partake in a spit roast but you don't necessarily want to be facing one of your mates or some random bloke at the other end.

I won't go into any details because it's not appropriate for discussion in this thread or, thinking about it, on OcUK :D

Duck, as long as it's cooked properly (I like it quite rare). I cooked duck in orange sauce the other night and it was one of the best meals I've had.

I used to hate red meat cooked rare as a kid but now I can't get enough of it, especially during the winter months. :)

favourite use of meat: healthy living beef mince, with tesco value pasta shells + tesco value pasta sauce.

i also like: beef-burgers, fish fingers, chicken breasts, pork sausages, venison sausages, gammon steak, bacon sarnies.

i just had: szechuan chicken w/ egg fried rice + chips.

lol wut.... he said meat you have listed... minced fat and bone paste

Lamb, pork, chicken and then beef in that order. I also like game etc but I'll only refer to the four main meats here.

My favourite way of cooking lamb is to cook steaks or chops seasoned with oregano.

A nice steak, or joint of roast beef - can't beat it. Donald Russell does good meat if you can't get it locally.

Also partial to venison, duck, partridge, guinea fowl etc too

All washed down with a good bottle of red wine, nom nom...
