Love this show , been watching it constantly on tv and on youtube, makes me so hungry tho, and they put it on at like 9-10pm, I always end up with a big bowl of frosties before bed, not quite the same as a big droolariffic BBQ steak or something 
....but he will make me end up as fat as him before long!

My recipe for American pancakes
200g self raising flour
1 egg
1tsp baking powder
300ml milk
You fry them in a little butter. As small bubbles start to come through, flip them over.
Drop blueberries onto the uncooked side if you want blueberry pancakes, otherwise, cook as above.
Serve with maple syrup and well cooked streaky bacon.

I usually add melted butter and a small amount of maple syrup to the actual batter when making pancakes 
but these were bacon pancakes
normal pancakes are simple (not that these are hard! just not thought of before)
