Manchester United: Frustration

Van Der Sar should be back unless it's a case of the mutant squirts

LMFAO.

Do you think Roo is playing well enough to start? There's always the option of playing Ole free behind Haha.

I think he needs games to get his form back, I don't think him sitting on a bench biting his nails will help him get over this rough patch. Ole is an option and it is only a matter of time before Ferguson starts him upfront with someone, but that's more likely when Sahaha gets injured.

But I expect Ferguson to rule out common sense, and start with Fletcher on the right, Ronaldo on the left, Silvestre at left back and Brown alongside Rio. :(

Yeah he was dire. I keep hoping he pulls his finger out, but realistically he's had chances for the last 3 years to break into the first team, at WBA he was their best player, comes back to us with this new experience and he's still not good enough for the first team. Neither are O'Shea and Fletcher for that matter. Reminds of Micky Phelan's days at Old Trafford, crap but was still played.

Good luck with moving tomorrow Peter, hope the weather over there stays good for you. :)

Cheers mate. I'm flying out at about 3pm. Just about to hop in the shower then try and cram the last few things in the suitcase.

Sooner Giggs comes back the better, and park for that matter. Richardson just isn't good enough. For the love of god Smith better make an appearence against Newcastle next week, considering Fergie said he could have been ready for the Fulham game he's bringing him back extremely slowly.

I would prefer fergie to give evra a run out at left wing then try Richardson again he was so poor.

Rooney cannot play up top by himself the way we asked him to against Reading, it takes too much away from his normal gameplay.

On the plus side both vidic and heinze looked good so the defence is certainly coming around, but without Saha we didnt really look like scroing whihc is a worry.

If smith is Fit we should start playing him ASAP especially if Saha is injured.

Carrick again was average imho he fgives the ball away far too much for my liking.

If you take ronaldo out of the team yesterday I woudl say we were a distinctly average side.

He had to retire due to injury?

Yeah, he's currently a free agent, spotted at Carrington (Utd's training ground) yesterday and this morning, and the rumours are that he is set to sign a short contract for us.
