Manufacturers you dont like.

The Fiat Coupe is gorgeous. So is the X19 , Barchetta, Dino, Ritmo, 500 etc. They might not make any pretty sports cars these days but the likes of 500, Punto, Bravo, Panda etc are all nice looking cars and better than a lot of bland stuff out there.
 
Vauxhall, because I've been left stranded twice by them and when ever I've driven one I've hated it to the point of mental illness

Mercedes, they make fast ones, but they're boring too

BMW, because if you dont have a warranty or a BMW qualification you're up the creek how do they sell so many 1.6's and 118d's if they are so unreliable

Now the wierd one, Honda, as much as I used to love them and I've owned a fair few Honda's I cant stand the fact that they've gone from making amazing cars to being the most boring manufacturer on earth, the CRZ, the one car that could have been awesome in recent years was more than disapointing and it doesnt look like they've finished boring the pants of everyone yet with more boring tweets and facebook updates than you could ever be arsed to read the mind numbing boredom continues with nothing but a sniff of a rumour that might, maybe, possibly have something to do with a 1.6 Turbo. Even the Koreans are ahead of Honda. Bah.
 
I have found badge-snob makes to be my bane of the car world.

Porsche, Audi, the BMW 'Mini' (since the originals are just epic).

I haven't spotted Infiniti! Which I like :D Then again, i've seen about 2 on the road :p

+ I have spotted people saying Renault don't make good cars. What ?! :eek:

I have a '59 Vauxhall Astra! My last car was a '97 Renault Megane Classic!
I like both! Maybe my Astra will 'splode then I'll agree with you, we'll see :S

Brands I don't like, usually a judgement of the typical owner:
- Nissan (Micra mostly)
- Mini
- Mercedes
 
VW and Audi spring to mind straight away, VW especially, expensive dull tat. The comparisons to Apple already made were exactly my thoughts when I saw this thread.

French cars also, would never own a frenchie
 
I cant say that there's any make i dont like and I've had a few.....currently got an old 96 Audi A6 2.5tdi auto and an 01 Pug 306 2.0hdi both estates....will get rid of one though, just dont know which.

I started out with an 90' Astra 1.4 in 97 when I passed my test, it was a great car and couldnt fault it, had it dam near 3 years, and if truth be told...wish I still had it.....probably more for sentimental reasons....we (my wee dog and I) went everywhere in it
