DON: POLL PLEASE - 2 options - Love it vs Hate it

So, I'm sitting here with two pieces of toast with a nice spread of marmite and cannot think as to why people hate this beautiful condiment. It tastes soooo nice, and to think that back in the war, it was rationed out to everyone; it would have been part of many people's last meals.

I'm wondering if there are any trends as to whether someone loves it or hates it so...I'd like to know:

1. Do you love it or hate it?

2. Do you class yourself as a Northerner, Midlander or Southerner?

3. At what age (approx) did you first try it?

4. Why do you like/dislike it?

I'll get the ball rolling:

1. Love it

2. Northerner

3. About 3 years old

4. It has an unrivalled taste that perfectly complements bagels, toast and crumpets, om nom nom!

3) Probably under 2, I'd guess
4) It tastes delicious. It's not sweet though! What, are you mental?

1. Love it (sometimes spread nice and thick).

2. Southerner.

3. Probably quiet young, as both my parents like it.

4. Nice taste - can't really expand on that really.

1. I love it!

2. Southerner now living in the Midlands.

3. Probably about 2.

4. Mainly because I just love salty flavours, but it's so rich and works brilliantly with butter.

To show how much I love it, I bought and often wear this t-shirt from the Marmite store:
