I've been doing jujitsu for about 2 months now, and I gotta be honest it's quite hard to get used to, but I can see how the techniques will eventually be second nature.
One thing i've observed is if you don't get a technique such as an elbow lock on in the first place, you DO NOT try and snap the lock on with force, as this could easily mean broken limbs.
Went to a new club yesterday for more practice, and there was a blue belt guy there can't of been more than 18/19, but he was a right (insert 4 letter swear word). Slamming the girls to the floor with hip throws and snapping into locks.
I was lucky he didn't do me damage, I managed to control myself and not lash out at him even though he did p me off.
He did get told a couple of times not to be so agressive with his technique but he didn't seem to pay much attention.
