Master Reset on K800i

Does anyone know if this will restore the phones firmware to whatever the phone came with? I seem to have a "Another application is running.Close it, and start the camera." message which is probably due to corrupt firmware. Ive noticed random corruption in picture files recently, followed by loss of themes and apps no longer starting up.
