Why is this never on BBC iplayer?

They show it late at night or daft o clock early on a Sunday morning.

Surely it would make sense to have it readily available online?

I actually want MotD2 so I can watch the 9-1 thrashing but can't find it :(
 
Due to licensing rights, it can only be broadcast 'As Live', meaning that it's not going to be on iPlayer for a while yet.
 
Yup, but for the 2010/2011 season, MOTD2 will be on the iplayer. Theres a big FAQ in the MOTD site the goes into more detail with regards to the whole show too.
 
Go onto the Timesonline website, navigate through their sports pages and soon once deep enough you'll find Virgin Media / Lucozade have their own footy highlights box.

I saw the 9-1 win on it last night.

i heard on eurosport news the players are paying back the fans their ticket costs, £15000.
 
101greatgoals is good too, for football from all over the world, also virgin media have (had) decent highlights on their website
