matx board htpc

I have had plenty of advice stating the AM3 785G motherboards, but I have to say if I had money to burn on a new HTPC I would be very tempted to go with the i5 and a Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2, with a passive cooled graphics card.
I am currently planning an old 775 system rebuild with a passive graphics card for my own HTPC.

An AM3 785G mobo is probably the best bet for low power with plenty of CPU options for an HTPC only build if starting afresh though.
