Right I got a 250gb maxtor, plus 9 sata and its gone and died on me. Now on the maxtor site it says out of warranty from the 07/20/2006 and the drive was made on the 22/03/2005
Am I right in thinking these drives have 3years warranty? I have tried to call em but their phone system is playing up so I have emailed them about it
